BetAndreas Terms and Conditions

BetAndreas is an online gambling platform quite popular among Bangladeshi players and sports bettors. The platform is committed to provide its users with a seamless, enjoyable and secure experience as it prioritizes transparency and fairness.

General terminology

BetAndreas is an online gambling platform where participants engage in risk-based winning arrangements with said platform based on predetermined rules. It’s completely legal in Bangladesh as it operates under license No. 8048/JAZ2016-065 (Bizbon N.V., Curacao) Bizbon N.V., Registration No. 141081, Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25 Unit 11, Willemstad, Curacao. Payment operator: Venson LTD. Registration number HE 352364.

Clients are individuals who place bets with the betting company. Legal entities cannot be clients of BetAndreas.

Bets and Wagers are payments transferred to the betting company, serving as a condition for participating in gambling according to the rules set by said company.

Cancellation of a bet is an event for which no settlement and payment of winnings will be made. In this case, the transaction between the company and the client isn’t concluded and such bet is refunded.

Outcomes refer to the results of the events or placed bets. 

The betting line consists of events, their possible outcomes, odds, date and time at which the company stops accepting bets on the events in question. 

General provisions

All clients of BetAndreas are eligible to use its services. Bets aren’t accepted from individuals:

• under 18;
• who participate in the events (sportsmen, judges and so on);
• representatives of other betting companies;
• who cannot engage in gambling activities by law.

Violation of these regulations may result in refusal of payment and cancellation of bets. The company reserves the right to decline bets that violate social standards and public order, without providing any reason. Disputes between clients and the company are subject to mandatory pre-court dispute settlement procedure. The party claiming violation of their rights must submit a claim within 10 days accompanied by supporting documents.

BetAndreas is not liable for any potential loss, including lost profits. Communication failure when receiving confirmation of the bet is not a reason to cancel the bet. The Client, who made a bet, confirms his agreement with the rules of betting. 

In case of fraudulent actions on the part of the client, for example, the presence of several accounts, the use of software to automate bets and so on, the company can take measures including canceling bets, closing the account with the return of funds and appeal to law enforcement agencies. The company may also close the account and cancel bets if it is found that the customer had information about the result of the event, had the opportunity to influence the result, bet in collusion with other gamblers, and used specific software. 

Each customer can have only 1 account at BetAndreas. Re-registering a customer under different details or providing false documents may result in invalid bets and account blocking. In case of doubts about the identity of the client or the data provided, the company may request documents and suspend payments for verification.

The account holder is responsible for access to the it as well as all actions taken in the account.

General betting rules

Bets are accepted based on a current betting line with specific winning odds.

The minimum bet amount is 10 BDT. The maximum bet amount varies for each event. The company reserves the right to compose restrictions for special events and adjust the maximum odds for individual clients without prior notice.

Criteria to the acceptance of bets:

• Their amount doesn’t exceed the current balance in the client’s account;
• The official event hasn’t started yet (it doesn’t apply to Live bets).

A bet is considered officially accepted once it’s registered on the server. Registered bets are final and cannot be changed or reversed. When the bet is confirmed, the stake amount is deducted from the gaming account, and after settlement, any winnings are credited back to it.

Postponements and cancellations of sports events are determined based on official documents from organizing bodies, official websites of sports federations, club websites, and other reliable sources of sports information. The Sports line is adjusted accordingly using this data.

Bets cancellation

If a bet is cancelled:

• A single bet will be refunded;
• In accumulative and system bets, if a bet on one or more events is canceled, no winnings are awarded.

If the winnings are incorrectly calculated (e.g. by entering incorrect event results):

• The winnings are recalculated;
• Bets placed in the period between the incorrect calculation and the recalculation are considered valid;
• If the player’s balance becomes negative after the recalculation, the client cannot place bets until the balance is replenished.

A bet is void if the client has intentionally provided false information and made false claims regarding bets, winnings, results of events and other related information.

Types of bets

BetAndreas allows its users to place the following types of bets:

• Single;
• Accumulator;
• System.

Restrictions for some event outcomes inclusion

Only one dependent outcome can be included in an accumulator bet. If multiple dependent events are included in one accumulator or system bet, the events with the lowest odds are eliminated from them.

Live bets

Live bets can be placed on main and extra outcomes during the match and be combined into an accumulator bet. Once it’s registered, it cannot be reversed or revoked. BetAndreas isn’t responsible for any inaccuracies in the current event results on which Live bets are accepted.

Deposits and Withdrawals at BetAndreas 

There are several services available for depositing on the BetAndreas platform, which are listed in the “Payments” section of the official website. These include:

Payment can be made in BDT. The minimum bet is 10 BDT, and the maximum is determined for each sport separately, so users should carefully read the rules before starting gambling.

Regarding withdrawals, the user needs to know and understand the following:

• Withdrawal requests are processed around the clock;
• Such requests may take up to 72 hours depending on the selected payment method;
• Withdrawals or refunds can only be made to the same bank account details used to fund the account;
• BetAndreas may refuse to process withdrawals via certain payment systems and offer bank transfers as an alternative;
• The customer may be charged a fee for processing payments.

For security purposes, the company may carry out an identification procedure, requiring the client to provide documents confirming it. This may be a passport, driver’s license, photo of a bank card, etc.

Recommendations regarding deposit and withdrawal of funds

To maximize the safety of both the company and its customers, it is not recommended:

• Transfer funds between different payment systems;
• Deposit or withdraw funds that were not involved in a process of placing bets;
• Use the “Transfer to a Friend” service when withdrawing funds;
• Use other people’s e-wallets to make payments.

Rules on Sports

At BetAndreas users have the opportunity to bet on a variety of sports. They include:

Football

A soccer match lasts 90 minutes (or 2 halves of 45) and bets are accepted on this time period. It is important to note that a match must be played for at least 65 minutes for bets to be valid if the match is abandoned. 

At BetAndreas, users can place many types of soccer bets. For a more accurate list of these and a description of how they are calculated, you should refer to the Terms and Conditions in the relevant section. Here are the main bets in demand among gamblers:

• Bets on hitting the bar and crossbar;

8-on-8 soccer

8-on-8 soccer is played in two equal halves of 30 minutes, unless another duration is specified. Any changes to the playing time must be agreed in advance.

The break between halves must not exceed 10 minutes and can be changed by agreement of the referee and the teams. The added time is determined solely by the referee. The competition regulations may provide for 2 additional halves of equal duration.

When determining the best player, goals, assists and minutes played are taken into account.

Cricket

Cricket betting is calculated based on the official results announced by the governing body in a match or tournament.If a match is interrupted and not finished, bets on it are considered at odds “1”.

There are several different types of competitions in cricket:

• Twenty20 – a quick match that lasts about 3.5 hours;
• ODIs – lasts over 8 hours;
• Test matches – can last up to 5 days.

Whether the match result is a draw or a draw other methods will be used to determine the winner such as “away” or “super over”. Some outcomes can be calculated only after the full coverage of the event in the official source, which can take 10-12 hours.

Tennis

Tennis is very popular among BetAndreas users. Here is what you need to know if you are a fan of this sport and want to bet on it:

• Player win bets are available on both match win and individual set win bets;
• In doubles matches, if the composition of the pair changes, the odds of winning bets are 1, and if not, the bets remain valid;
• If one of the players has stopped playing or has been disqualified, all bets placed, except for those for which the results are already known, are canceled and returned to the gamblers.

Boxing

Before betting on boxing matches at BetAndreas, you need to know and understand the following:

• The match shall be deemed to have commenced as soon as the gong has sounded;
• If the fight is declared a forfeit, all bets are void;
• If the fighter does not come out for a new round once the gong has been hit, the fight is deemed to be over in the preceding round; 
• If the quantity of rounds is changed, bets on the outcome of the fight remain in the sieve, and bets on the number of rounds are canceled.

Volleyball

If a volleyball match does not end for any reason and the results cannot be determined, all bets are settled at odds of 1. In this case, in the case when a set is not finished, the data of the known results at the moment of stoppage will be taken into account.

Baseball

Baseball is among the highly popular sports that Bangladeshi punters bet on. Here’s everything a user needs to know and understand before gambling on baseball events:

• Pitcher requirement. Bets are valid if both pitchers listed on the game list participate and start the match. Otherwise all bets placed may be invalidated.
• Home Team. The home team is considered to be the second team, regardless of where the game is played.
• Bets are settled based on the official result. Extra innings are also included.
• Minimum number of innings. In order for most bets to be counted, there must be at least 5 full innings in the match. If the match is interrupted before this mark is overcome, only bets whose results are already known will be counted.
• Live betting. If the match is postponed, canceled and resumed within 72 hours, only bets on the interruption time will remain valid.
• Tie matches. In some leagues (e.g. NPB, pre-season MBL, KBO) bets can be canceled if the match ends in a draw.

Results of matches, Event start date and time, Adjustment of disputes

Bets are calculated based on the actual start time of the event. The Company is not responsible for discrepancies in dates, time and duration of events, and the data indicated in Sports line is approximate.

Claims on the results of events are accepted within 10 days after the end of the event. Only claims supported by official documents from the organizers of the sports event will be considered.

Bets made after the start of the event have odds of 1 (except for live bets). Bets on events postponed for more than 48 hours are not accepted. If the user knew the result of the event in advance, all bets placed by them shall be canceled. Calculations on unfinished matches are made on the basis of the results obtained at the moment of interruption.

Errors in the odds due to technical problems do not lead to the annulment of bets, if the company has taken responsibility for this.

Proposition bets (Outcomes)

Proposition bets or outcomes are bets that involve predicting specific outcomes within an event, such as the first goal of the year or a certain team winning. Thus, BetAndreas offers users the following types of bets:

• Draw;
• Victory of a certain team;
• Victory of a team/player taking into account the handicap;
• Over/Under;
• Exact Score;
• Comparison of the performance of periods (or other structural parts of the event) and others.

Privacy policy

The BetAndreas Privacy Policy describes how it collects, stores and uses its customers’ information. It includes:

• Data entered on various forms on the website;
• Correspondence carried out via the site, email, etc.;
• Payment information, financial data;
• Contact information;
• Personal Data and other.

The platform takes reasonable steps to protect the information provided to it from misuse, loss or unauthorized access. However, the security of this information is not guaranteed. By registering on the site, users undertake to comply with money laundering and terrorist financing legislation. Funds used for gambling at BetAndreas must not be derived from illegal activities. 

BetAndreas collects and stores user identification documents and monitors activity for suspicious transactions. The company reserves the right to ban users if there are grounds to suspect money laundering or any other criminal activity without user notification.
